Education : UG - B.Tech/B.E. - Any Specialization, PG - M.Tech - Any Specialization, MCA - Computers
Location : Chennai, Gurgaon, Mumbai

Job Description : Working closely with the Genesys Asia Pacific Professional Services team assisting them with Genesys pre-sales, post-sales, implementation, client interaction, client demos and vendor management activities. Facilitate designing of User Requirements (Project Specific). Development of Solution Design document. Solution Deployment. Onsite GenseysTrouble Shooting. Development of Genesys related Applications

Desired Profile : 1+ Yr of experience in Genesys Technology

CTI/ ACD/ CC/ Voice experience in Genesys, Avaya, Nortel, Concerto, Davox, Genesys framework, Cisco Media gateway (Any one of these) with CTI and IVR exposure Predictive Dialers e.g., Dialogic Software: Voice XML, SIP, VOIP (minimum one) Languages - Java, C ++, VB, .NET (minimum one) OS knowledge e.g. WIN, UNIX, Solaris etc (maximum exposure preferred) RDBMS: MSSQL, Oracle (minimum one) Dialers: Concerto, Avaya Mosaix (minimum one) Good exposure to demanding customers. International exposure will be an added advantage.
