Requirements:
1+ years working experience but applicants with any level of expertise will be considered
Solid hands on experience of PHP Scripting
Demonstrated experience with HTML,PHP and CSS table, table-less design
Experience with one or more of the following server side technologies: PHP, Java, mySQL
A good understanding of object oriented programming
Admistration knowledge of LINUX as a Webserver and corresponding technologies.

Must have excellent problem solving skills and love technical challenges
Must be self-motivated, and able to multi-task.
Must be able to take initiative to be productive and efficient.
Must be able to function independently and still work well in a 'team oriented' environment.
Strong communication skills (both in person and in writing) while interactingwith individuals with a range of technical understanding.
Knowledge of and experience with source/version control systems is a plus but not necessary
Adobe Photoshop, Image Ready, and Illustrator is a plus but not necessary
Macromedia Flash is a plus but not necessary
