Handle Support for all our products through Email Support & TeleSupport.
Involves handling Inbound calls/Outbound calls
Independently understand the product and arrive at solutions for the issues.
Involve working in US time zone
Time:10am - 3pm

Desired Candidate Profile:
Min Education Qualification: Any Graduate
Building a rapport with customers.
Age criteria: Restricted up to 40 years.
Candidates with relevant experience and interest in a voice based
Involves working in Night shifts
Excellent Communication Skills.
