Job Description:
We are looking for diploma fresher(0-6months exp) for the position of Resident Technical Asst/Executive for Mumbai(Maharshtra Region) .The responsibilities of Resident Technical Assistant / Executive are as follow:

- Providing Service Support and Troubleshooting of Ethernet to E1 Converters (4E1 /8E1) / HDSL Modems supplied/installed in various SSAs of BSNL under the Juridiction of Maharashtra Circle, as and when required.
- Operating from his home and if requirement occurs, he should be available within 24hrs at client's site.
- Providing online instructions for installations of these converters/ HDSL Modems.
- Providing technical training for installations of Ethernet Converters / HDSL Modems, if required.
- Online reporting to Noida Office on the daily basis.
- Candidate has to go through a training session of 7-10 days at Noida office for the understanding of profile.

Desired Candidate Profile:
Candidate should have:-
- Diploma in Electronics & Telecommunications with minimum 0-1 yr of relevant work experience.
- If experienced, then field exposure is must.
- Should have good knowledge of hardware networking and troubleshooting.
- Must be a Team Player.
- Candidate should be a resident of Mumbai or nearby places, who can join immediately.
- Candidate must be willing to travel within Maharashtra region and should have good geographical Idea about Maharashtra
- Good command over local language.
