Designation: Project Lead/Sr. Developer-Java

Job Description:1.Java, JSP, Servlets,
2.Struts or Spring,
3.XML, DOM, SAX, JAXB, JAXP
4.AJAX / JSON
5.SQL Queries.
6. Hibernate (Optional)
7.TCP/IP Protocol - Optional. But atleast 1 resource should be strong in this protocol concepts.
8. Design Pattern and UML ( Mandatory for Senior resources)
9. Unix/Linux
10. Build tools (ant/maven), version controlling (VSS, CVS), webservices, Database, webserver, appserver, linux administration (Atleast for 1 resources).
11. Content Management System skill.
12.JUnit is Mandatory.
