Job Description:
Responsible for general HR Activities in a small size Software Products Organization based out of Bangalore having around 15-20 people. Reporting directly to MD & responsible for Recruitment, Joining/induction, appraisal, Exit formalities / MIS etc.

Desired Candidate Profile:
The desired profile is one who has an postgraduation in HR and based out of Bangalore and presently working in a SME - software organization. Shoudl have exposure to the Job Areas mentioned above. A BE / BTech or an Technical qualification would help
