Job Description :
Coding interactive environments from micro-sites, interactive forms, viral campaigns, launch packages to large scale websites
Should have experience in creating digitized solutions - ROI calculators, Event Calendars etc
Should have experience in integrating, programming multimedia, flash packages
Integrate Video, Sound, Motion Graphics, Animations and complex Transitions
Demonstrated ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
Ability to work well within a team environment and under pressure of deadlines
Solid understanding of web based application development and deployment a must
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Detail-Oriented, enthusiastic and eager to learn

Qualification:
Diploma/Degree in Flash Prgramming/Multimedia from a reputed institute
Experience in Flash Programming for about 2-4 years

ActionScript 1.0/2.0
Experience with creating reusable V1/V2 component
Experience with XML/XSLT/XPATH
Experience with HTML/XTML/CSS/JavaScript
Experience with Flex
Ability to optimize code to ensure minimal CPU usage

Experience with Flash Remoting
Experience with Flash Communicatino Server
Experience with Flash Lite
Creative toolset knowledge (e.g. Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)
