Job Description:
* Service: Interaction center web client configurations and development using BSP and JSP programming.
* Enterprise portal: Portal administration, configurations and development in JAVA and BSP.
* Data Dictionary: Tables, Structures, Table Types & Views.
* Integration: Development in JSP to call webservices of weblogic and webmethods server and retrieve data by calling Geneva APIs.
* Netweaver Technologies: Web dynpro programming using ABAP, JAVA web dynpro programming and par files creation using Netweaver Developer Studio.
* ABAP Programming: Object oriented ABAP programming, BAPI, BADI, BDC, ALV reports, workflow, screen designing, RFC function module etc.
* Design, document, develop, and enhance technical solutions in accordance with Client and SAP standards and guidelines.
* Assist team in creating, updating, and standardizing Client's SAP software development lifecycle methodology.
* Assist in code reviews to ensure that all development is in compliance with Client and SAP standards and guidelines.
* Train other developers in advanced programming techniques.

Desired Candidate Profile:
* Assist in production support and provide technical troubleshooting (Tier 3) in resolving production issues.
* Participate in test plan review sessions when required.
8 Participate in team meetings, knowledge sharing, and mentoring activities.
* Provide and prepare timely status updates.
* Take the initiative in developing processes or programs for repetitive tasks.
* Review and work continuously to improve existing program logic, code, and processes.
* Provide guidance to team members in technical design and performance tuning
