Job Description : Title:- Technical Lead
Experience:- 5-7years
Skills:- EJB, JSP, Struts, Ajax, Hibernate, Oracle/Sql server

Job Description:-

A go-getter who is also hands-on and is very strong in core java, OOAD, UML, Design Patterns, threading
j2ee technologies like EJBs, JSP, Struts, Servlets, JMS, JNDI, WebServices etc.
Working experience on Application Servers like BEA Weblogic and/or IBM WebSphere.
Basic knowledge of Windows, Linux, UNIX and AIX platforms and exposure to development environments like Eclipse and My Eclipse.
Experience in mentoring project teams technically.
Must have been involved in the design of the applications, done code reviews.
Ability to multi-task and work independently with minimal supervision. Familiarity with source code management tools like CVS, Harvest etc.
Needless to mention that excellent written and oral communication skills are a pre-requisite for this position.

Qualification:-
BE/Btech/MCA/MSc-Computer Science-Regular Stream
