Excellent skills in analysing the test requirements, estimation and task breakdown,write test approach, test data preparation,various testing techniques,test execution and defect management.progress plans,monitoring reports.
Integration Test development with a 'test to break' attitude.
Test automation.
Certification in software testing will be an added advantage

Desired Candidate Profile :
BE, B.Tech with 0-2 year of experience in test teams.
Excellent Analytical skills
Should have excellent verbal & written communication skill.
Should be committed and dedicated.
Should be sincere and hard working
