Job Description : J2EE Developers V 4 to 6 years of experience.

Hands on coding and development.
Preferably experienced in Product Software Development so that the person understands pros and cons of implementation decisions
Good exposure to different aspects of a J2EE application

'Core Java,
'JSP, Servlet,
'EJB,
'Any ORM like Hibernate, TopLink
'SQL.
'Good understanding of DB.

oPrepared to work independently
'Understanding requirements on new features,
'Defining tasks and estimates,
'Design and implementation.

oPrepared to learn a product and its domain
oPrepared to collaborate with other team members and pair with them.

Desired Profile : J2EE Developers V 4 to 6 years of experience.
