Designation : Team leader-IT Vertical

Experience 4 - 8 Years
Education UG - Any Graduate - Any Specialization, PG - Any PG Course - Any Specialization
Location Chennai

Job Description 1.Will be handling IT Perm and Contract recruitments
2.To manage candidate pool and to retain good clients and candidates.
3.To handle a team and will be responsible for driving team targets
4.Identify and pursue opportunities to cross sell other services and products to meet the needs of the client and increase revenue of branch/division.
5.To understand account management responsibility and ensure that clients' requirements are met.
Desired Profile 1.Graduate.
2.Should have minimum 4yrs exp in recruitments
3.Should posses the attitude to learn new things and implementing them.
4.Must have done Head hunting, Industry mapping etc.
5.Should have excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills.
6.Should be target- oriented, enthusiastic with a positive outlook.
7.Needs to have handled a team as a Sr. Consultant or Needs to be a Team Leader on paper.
