Experience 4 - 6 Years Education UG - Any Graduate - Any Specialization, PG - Any PG Course - Any Specialization Location DelhiJob Description:
1.Designing and developing enterprise level applications on Java and J2ee, XML, GWT, XSL technologies,developing Custom Web services and using them.
2.Client Interaction.
3.Participating in coding at the core level as per the customers requirement
4.Need to work according to the predefined dead lines as per the project.
5.Need to have excellent team orientation skills.
6.Key requirement is an ability to catch up with new technologies and to work in a high-paced dynamic environment with unknown requirements; deadline pressures etc.
Desired Profile:
1.More than 4 years of total IT experience with at least 3 years of relevant experience onCore java,J2ee, XML, Spring or GWT
2.Primary skills :- Java J2ee,XML ,Struts,EJB,hibernate, Spring or GWT (Anyone of the technolgy is mandatory).
3.Secondary skills :- In XML should have atleastknowledge exposure on Parsing and schema and work exposure would be added advantage .
4.Must have 4+yrs of overall IT experience. Profiles less than 4 + yrs are strictly not cosidered .
5.Candidates should have a strong customer focus, good business knowledge, ability to work independently, ability to learn new technologies.
6.Exposure to Logistics Domain will be an added advantage.
7.Candidates with experience on large and complex business systems development would be given preference.
8.Candidates having good experience on designing solutions on service oriented architecture will be prefered.
9.International project exposure is prefered, candidates with international visits for requirement gathering/design/Analysis purposes would be given prieference.
10.Strong technnical background is prefered like B.E/BTech/MTech/MCA/MSc.
11.Excellent communication skills both written and oral.
