Job Description :
Looking for SeniorApplication Developer's , Team Lead, Project Lead who perform the following function :
Should have hands on experience in coding, designing, developing and testing application.
Able to translate design to code for assigned tasks / projects.
Able to create a design for the assigned projects.
Follow standard design methodologies.
Able to Provide technical guidance to the team members when faced with problems.
Perform design review to eliminate design defects early in projects life cycle Perform code reviews for assigned projects.
Able to Maintain version discipline and perform self audits on task.
Able to Ensure project documentation as per SDLC.
Able to Identify, escalate and track issues on project assignments with minimal guidance to closure.
Have strong problem-solving and analytical skills and be a quick learner.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; articulate; must be able to communicate their ideas effectively.
Strong experience putting together and delivering both business and technical presentations.

JAVA / J2EE Professionals - Java, J2EE,Unix , C++,JSP , Servlets, EJB,Weblogic, Websphere.
Mainframe Developer- Cobol, JCL, VSAM, DB2, CICS, MQ-series. Should have hands on experience in CICS and DB2.
Dot Net Professionals - Vb.Net , Web-services, Remoting, ASP.Net, ADO. Net, SQL-server ,
C#, VB.net, ASP.net, WINFORMS and SQL-server
VC++, COM, DCOM , C# , Sql-Server.
Java / J2EE with Portal & Content Management- SOA, JAVA, J2EE, EJB, Servlets, JSPs & XML technologies,IBM WebSphere, BEA WebLogic Portal, JBoss, Liferay and/or JetSpeed, Solid experience in setting Portal strategy.
Open Systems : - Unix, C, C ++, Shell Script, Perl, with any strong database experience and knowledge in Java.
SQL- Server - Developer & Database Administrator -Database Design, Performance Tuning - Good database experience Design & Administration Exp.
Performance Testing Engineer Experience in Winrunner, Load runner, Stress and automated testing tool.
Mercator - Development and implementation experience in Mercator applications like Mercator Design Studio, Mercator Commerce Manager, Mercator Integration Broker.
