Understand and analyse requirement.
Design and develop code modules to implement the requirements.
Coding/debugging skills.
Improve product performance.
Good Programming and analytical skills.

Desired Candidate Profile:
Primary skills: C++, VC++, MFC, COM

Secondary: ATL, ADO.Net, ODBC, SQL Server, .Net Framework, C#.
RDBMS concepts and Database design, Stored procedures, triggers, etc.

Core experience in developing IT products using Microsoft VC++ technolgy
