Skill & Job Requirements:
Overall 3+ years of experience with hands-on experience in coding and testing of .NET applications.
Engineers must have creativity, innovation, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Hands on experience in C#.NET/VB.NET and XML.
Knowledge and at least 1 year of hands-on experience in at least 2 of 3 below
ASP.NET Web applications /ASP.NET Web Services /.NET Win Forms.
Knowledge and at least 1 year of hands-on experience in SQL Server/Oracle and ADO.NET
Should be able to write at least simple stored procedures.
Must know about unit testing, writing test cases .
Nice to have experience/knowledge of UML, XSLT, COM+
Passion for technology
Exposure to .NET 3.0 (WCF, WPF, WWF and CS)
MCSD certification would be a plus.
In addition of technical depth, project engineer needs to be an excellent team player and requires excellent communication, interpersonal skills.

Primary task is to pick up expertise in various tools in software development while developing software programs, forms, reports, and interfaces.
Perform unit testing on computer programs, forms, reports, and interfaces.
Create and maintain technical documentation on computer-based information systems; compiling documentation for design changes or creation criteria.
Update systems data and prepare conversion requirements.
Provide assistance to users with software-related issues or problems.
