Job Description:
Involved in reviewing of test cases, test execution, task scheduling, monitoring and reporting. Managing QA processes. Debug software products through the use of systematic tests to validate quality and verify functionality, develop and execute software test plans; analyze and write test standards and procedures; maintain documentation of test results to assist in debugging and modification of software; analyze test results to ensure conformance to established requirements and recommend corrective action; consult with development engineers in resolution of problems; analyze and implement automated test suites and execute the tests associated with those suites.

Academic Qualifications:
10th (Maths/Science) 80%
12th (Physics, Chemistry Maths) 85%
BE/MSc/ME/Mtech (CS) - 60%
TECH. SKILLS:Hands on testing experience on Linux/ Windows/ Web applications/Distributed applications.
GUI testing.
Functional Testing
Database driven testing
Performance testing, load testing
Usability Testing.
Test planning, development and execution on Linux /Windows platform is must.
Exposure to the tools like Bugzilla
RDBMS:- MySQL/SQL Server 2000/2005 - Good knowledge of writing SQL queries and stored procedures.
Excellent knowledge of Software Testing life cycle/processes.
Test case design and development: Must Have
a. The candidate should have hands on experience in automation tool QTP.
b. The candidate should know how to prepare the test plan.
Prefferred: a. Experience on mobile application testing.
SOFT SKILLS
Good communication skills, verbal and written,
Good team player,
Ability to lead a team,
Open for short term relocation
