Candidates must be capable of working on complex business models and also interact with business and product representatives.
Developers will be required to participate in requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing, data migration and deployment
Developer Key skills:
Java, J2EE, JSP, Servlets, Web Services, websphere/Weblogic, SQL Server 2000 & above/ Oracle 9i
Knowledge to Oracle CRM on Demand would be added
Desired Candidate Profile
Exp 3-5 yrs
Excellent communication skills, team spirit, enthusiasm, ability to exceed expectations, proactive contribution to team/company will be expected of candidates.
Proven application of sound software development practices will be expected during all phases of the development cycle: specification, design, implementation, test/debug, documentation, rollout, maintenance.
