The candidate must possess the following skills

Efficient in Photoshop
Efficient in Flash
Knowledge of Action Scripting
Experience in implementing feature rich Custom Media players
Experienced in handling streaming videos
Familiarity with software packages (like Flash 5 and above versions, Director 7 and above versions, 3-D Studio Max and Photoshop 6 and above versions, Illustrator, Corel Draw, Fractal Design Painter, Dreamweaver or HTML / DHTML editing packages,), audio editing software (like Sound Forge, Creative Wave), Video editing software (like Adobe Premiere) will be an added advantage

Desired Candidate Profile
Should have a 2-4 years ofexperience as a graphic designer/animator/flash designer
Extremely creative, designing web layouts in Photoshop; flash based layouts; multimedia expertise
