Job Description
We are looking for candidates who have an experience of more than 6 mths at desktop level.
Installation, maintainance and attending day-to-day user's problem calls.
Installation and updatation of operating system and other software.
Desired Candidate Profile
The candidate must be a BSc or BA +Jetking/ IANT etc or Graduate or 3 yrs Diploma in Engineering. MCSE certification will be an added advantage. The candidates should have hands on experience of Windows/ Microsoft platform. Hardware Troubleshooting experience is essential.The candidate should have good communication and customer handling skills.
