Job Description -
-Review and comment on content organization.
-Edit text for clarity, conciseness, correct use of grammar, and conformance with the project style guide.
Correct formatting errors.
-Review deliverables for overall readability and ensure that language is audience-appropriate.
-Perform a complete and final proof prior to delivery.
-Partner with the Skill Development Manager/Practice Manager to train Instructional Writers and Designers on scripting guidelines.
-Participate in bug triage and draw to the attention of Instructional Writers and Designers to serious and repeated scripting-related errors.
Candidate Profile -
-Should possess about 2+ years experience in Editing and Sound Base in Grammar.
-Should have experience in writing and reviewing for CBTs, WBTs, ILTs, and Online courses.
-Good collaborator, should able to efficiently interact and communicate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and vendors.
-Should be able to handle client calls and all client communication.
-Should also possess excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
Desired/Skills/Background – if any
- Certificate course in Copy Editing
- Candidates with experience in elearning businesses and content management companies will be given preference
Education/Certification Required
· Graduation/ post-graduation degree preferably in Engineering/ Literature/ Mass Communications/ Journalism
with a technical qualification, such as GNIIT, MCA.
