All processes will be for global markets, primarily US, EMEA and Tokyo.

1. Reconciliation
Responsibilities:
Primarily 2 reconciliations are performed CASH and ASSET. The activities performed will include:-
Access bank websites to download data
Formatting for data into a standard template
Reconciliation of data from two or more sources. Reconciliations will be performed using an automated tool or using excel/access
Identification and research of differences arising out of the reconciliation
Escalating the differences to the concerned team/entity for resolution
2. Market Value Due Diligence
Responsibilities:
This process will involve performing due diligence of the various components of NAV between the asset manager and fund accountant; researching major variances and escalating the same to concerned team/entity for resolution.
Preparation of month end client reports
Pre-Requisites:
Education:BCom/BMS/MBA-Fin
Experience: ALL PROFILE GENERAL REQUIREMENTS
- 1-4 years experience in back office operations of broking houses / depository participants / investment banks / mutual funds and asset management companies. Candidates having worked in transaction processing can also be considered.
- Prior experience in cash and asset reconciliation of fixed income products will be an added advantage
- Exposure to working with MNC
- Exposure to international capital markets, especially US will be an added advantage
- Good-Excellent MS Excel and MS Access skills Needs to be fast with use of PC - lot of repetitive task will be involved
- Excellent Analytical and Quantitative Skills
- Ability to manage time and multi task efficiently
- Team players
- Good communications skills both written and verbal
- Should have an eye for details
- Should not think of the process as a mechanical job, should be focused to identify redundant and repetitive tasks
- Should be able to work through high volumes of numerical data
- Hands on experience on use of Bloomberg will be an added advantage
