Job Description :
- Ability to provide visual identity to client briefs
- Provide effective and thought-out critiques on templates developed by the team
- Assist clients with visualization of developed templates
- Think “Out-of-the-box” and provide brand marketing and visual communication ideas
- Participate in client briefings and prepare team work descriptions
- Work on websites, micro sites, banners, print and media

Desired Candidate Profile :
1. Minimum Requirements
a.) Very strong written and spoken communication skills
b.) 4 Years of work experience in creative design field
c.) 1-2 years of experience in creative visualization
d.) Website design skills in usability principles, design aesthetics, website design lifecycle
e.) Knowledge and understanding of Web development technologies like Dreamweaver, Photoshop, Flash, PHP and ASP
2. Preferred Requirements
a.) 3 years of creative visualization experience
b.) Leadership and project management experience
c.) Commercial Arts background
d.) Web 2.0 creative design experience
e.) Ability to visualize design, delegate jobs and guide team to execute the same
f.) Knowledge of Web Application development
g.) Graphical User Interface (GUI) Design
