Strong experience on core Java, J2ee,struts,ejb, Hibernate and Spring Technology
Responsible for Coding, technical design and development tasks throughout the full life-cycle of the development phases,solution designing.

Desired Candidate Profile :
Should be leading a team of 4+ developers in a development/ maintenance program
Exp in J2ee,Struts,JSP,hibernate
Exp on Oracle /MySql
Familiarity with quality process, requirement analysis, customer interaction and software requirement engineering.
