You need to have a strong hands-on knowledge of .NET Technologies along with a strong grasp of fundamental programming concepts. Most importantly, you should be a smart and intuitive problem-solver, not just a run of the mill implementer.

Desired Candidate Profile :
Requirements:
Smart, innovative, Out of the Box thinkers
Minimum 2+ years of solid hands on programming experience in .NET
Should have Strong foundation in fundamental programming concepts .
Knowledge of XML , JavaScript , AJAX, CSS will be preferred.
Excellent problem solving skills and logical thinking background.
Should be able to come up with solutions to problems on the fly.
B1 Visa is an added advantage.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
