Job Description :
Proactive monitoring of remote Networks links and Devices for alarms. To clearly understand the problems. Basic investigation and trouble shooting for problem resolution. Trouble Ticket Creation based on the Customer calls or based on Network Device.

Desired Candidate Profile :
Professionally answer phone calls, provide internal customer email communications. Professional interaction with customers. Ownership for creating, updating and closing customer requests and trouble tickets for client.
Experience : 6Months to 2 years
