Test Engineer (T1)
2-5 years of experience in Testing
Expertise in fundamental tests (hydraulics, climate tests)
Expertise in verification and analysis of test data sheet
Expertise in using different test equipments
Knowledge of Engine Testing is added advantage
Exposure to statistical methods preferred.
Note : Diploma with minimum of 4 years experience in Mechanical Test Labs are also can be considered.
Education: BE / ME Mechanical, Automobile
Test Engineer (T2)
2-3 years experience in reliability testing
Experience in reliability testing activities of Electronic control units like vibration, corrosion, thermal shock tests etc.
Knowledge of test sample preparation
Knowledge of testing standards like ISO, DIN etc.
Ability to understand test plans, requirements
Ability to assess new test requirements and discus with lead department and coordinate to introduce and integrate with available test facilities.
Capability to analyze damage and identify root cause for failures
Must have good communication skills and have ability to work with project team
Qualification: BE in mechanical
Technician:
2-3 years experience in testing activities
Hands on experience in reliability testing activities and operation of test equipments for vibration, corrosion, thermal shock tests etc.
Experience of test sample preparation
Ability to understand testing standards like ISO, DIN etc.
Ability to understand test plans, requirements
Capability to analyze damage and identify root cause for failures
Must have good communication skills and have ability to work in a team
Qualification: Diploma in mechanical/electrical
Senior Design Engineer:
5 to 8 years experience in Product design (Automotive)
Catia V5 / UG-NX experience
Plastic Parts Manufacturing exposure
Expertise in GD&T
Expertise in any PDM tool
Experience in DFMEA, DOE, DFM, DFA, etc.
Excellent communication skills
Education: BE / ME Mechanical, Automobile
Team lead Testing:
5-6 years experience in reliability testing
Expertise in reliability testing activities of Electronic control units like vibration, corrosion, thermal shock tests etc.
Knowledge of test sample preparation
Knowledge of testing standards like ISO, DIN etc.
Ability to create test plans and follow through for implementation
Ability to assess new test requirements and discus with lead department and coordinate to introduce and integrate with available test facilities.
Capability to analyze damage and identify root cause for failures
Must have good communication skills and have ability to interact with project team and lead test department
Qualification: BE in mechanical
Design Engineer:
3-5 years of experience in design
Expertise in solid modeling and detailing using Catia-V5/ UG-NX
Expertise in GD&T
Hands-on experience in PDM tool
Knowledge on Automotive products
Good communication skills
Education: BE / ME Mechanical, Automobile
Location for all the requirements: Bangalore & Coimbatore
