Job Description:
â Developing, nurturing, and maintaining relationships with other functional teams.
â Mentoring of junior staff members, developing and presenting group training sessions.
â Responsible for the design, coding, testing and documentation of new and enhanced features
â Excellent problem solving skills.
â Knowledge of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle).
â Experience developing enterprise software products and technologies.
â Experience in developing web applications & technologies.
â Strong relational database background (SQL server, Oracle or MySQL).
â Experience in Web Services, ASP.NET, XML, SOAP, XSLT.
â Strong .NET/C# programming skills and object oriented programming
â Experience with Object Oriented Analysis and Design Patterns
â Good written and oral communication skills.
â Strong experience working both independently and in a team-oriented collaborative environment.
â Must be comfortable learning and using new technologies.
â Entrepreneurial, self-motivated individual - high energy, high activity levels - passion for working with an innovative, small but rapidly growing company.

Desired Candidate Profile
â Experience working with offshore development teams.
â Knowledge of SAP application platform is a big plus.
â Experience working with agile methodologies like Scrum and Test Driven Development.
â Experience in designing and implementing Windows desktop applications
