Role: IT Helpdesk Analyst / Senior IT Helpdesk Analyst
Total 6+ months to 4.5 years of experience required with following skill-sets :
Mastery skill level in MS Office, Windows OS, Internet explorer and Lotus Notes / Outlook
Good understanding of Ticketing and Remote connect tools and awareness of PC Hardware Environment, Printers and UNIX
Ability to work effectively as a team member and to handle continuous calls
Pleasant, professional and courteous personality with excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to diffuse volatile situations when distressed or irate customers call for support
Use initiative to find ways of solving incidents
Able to listen to a caller explain the incident, determine the probable cause, and logically take the caller through a step-by-step problem determination procedure, using telephone support
Able to categorize an incident correctly for call tracking and logging purposes
Desired Profile : We are looking for IT helpdesk professionals with 6+ months to 4.5 years of experience.
Educational Qualification : Full time education with 50% and above in any Diploma or Graduation
All positions are based in Bangalore and require willingness to work in shifts
