High-growth company seeks motivated .NET programmers and team leaders.

We are looking for versatile programmers highly skilled in .NET, SQL Server 2005, XML, HTML, CSS and Javascript. Background with other programming languages such as PHP, Java, or Actionscript a plus.

Desired Candidate Profile:
The ideal candidate must possess excellent multi-tasking capabilities and be able to perform tasks and problem solving. Candidates must be willing to learn and work in a team environment. A creative personality and strong work ethic is required. At least two years experience and degree in computer science is preferred.

Responsibilities:

Work with our company's IT staff to scope, research, develop, and test high quality web-based software
Work on varying client projects.
Coordinate with teams in both Chennai and the United States

Requirements:

College degree in IT related majors
Two or more years of .NET programming experience and working with SQL Server databases required for team leaders
Excellent knowledge of CSS
Management experience required for team leaders
Excellent communication skills
Proficiency in English required
Excellent documentation skills
Based in Chennai, India
Familiarity with other programming languages preferred
