2.Sound knowledge of database concepts
3.Excellent coding, debugging skills

Desirable Skill:-1.Knowledge in Oracle Applications core components e.g. Workflow, XML Gateway
2.PLSQL/SQL/Oracle e-Business Performance Tuning.
3.Development experience in Java and XML based applications.
4.Knowledge in Advance PL/SQL Concepts is a added advantage.

Academics:Strong academic background (BE/MCA) with consistent track record (65%+)
