To support the growth in after-sales support and HP Warranties in Fiji and the South Pacific, Reporting to the Senior Executive Engineer-warranties.To provide timely solutions to printer problems for customers, customer feedback and manage warranty.

A+Certification;At least 2 years experience in HP or other printer troubleshooting and repairs and maintenance;To work effectively under pressure and during weekends as and when required;Strong communication skills:Team Player;Valid driver's license
