Minimum of 1-2 years; preferably in e-learning.
Exposure to Sales and Marketing, Operations, BPO related fields will also be considered.
Essentially anyone who has a decent graduate degree with some experience in line management.

The candidate will be required to analyze and structure content in a given topic, think up effective ways to present content in an online medium, follow instructional design guidelines and write engaging content in a storyboard format targeted
