Desired Candidate Profile:

* 2 to 4 years experience in development and project handling, on Java Technologies
* Understand java technology in general, Understand about project life cycle, issues and metrics, know general project management methodologies.
* Should be able to work in unstructured environment. (flexible enough to work on any project)
* Understand project as well as people issues
* Connect well with the team
* Should have excellent communication skills.
