Peoplesoft DBA

- Minimum of 3 years in a PeopleSoft domain administration
- Exposure to the following environments - HP-UX 11.0, Windows NT and 2000, Oracle 8.1.7, Informix, PeopleSoft 7. x. and 8.x, Weblogic, Tuxedo, Crystal, COBOL, SQR
- Powerful understanding of PeopleSoft Technical PIA Architecture v7.x/8.x
- Experience with installing PeopleSoft Applications
- Work timings – 24×7 rotational shift
- Work Location - Gurgaon

Peoplesoft Functional (Financials)

· A proven record of achievement with a minimum of 3+ years of PeopleSoft experience
· A proven record of achievement in several of the following PeopleSoft modules: AP, GL, AM, AR, BI
· PeopleSoft 8.x experience through the full system development life cycle
· Technical skill set must include troubleshooting issues, running and reviewing trace files, sql, and familiar with Application Designer. (Desired ratio: 70% Functional / 30% Technical)
· Demonstrated project management, leadership, and decision making skills
· An exceptional sense of professionalism
· Customer Service oriented with well-developed communication skills, verbal and written

· Work Timings - 24×7 rotational shift

· Work Location - Gurgaon


PeopleSoft Technical Consultant (Multiple Positions)

Experience Level: 4 years of relevant PeopleSoft Applications.

1. Strong in Applications Designer, Application Engine, PeopleCode, SQR & Crystal Reports.
2. Experience in Data conversion/migrations or upgrade projects
3. Strong SQL skills.
4. Must have exposure to 8.x version of PeopleSoft.
5. Good exposure to Integration Broker.
6. Develop reports, interfaces, or other batch processes using SQR, Application Engine, PS Query, nVision.
7. Exposure to working in Global Delivery/offshore model.
8. Strong in Workflow Administration/Customizations

Work Location: Gurgaon

Work timings: 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.

2. Inside Sales Representative (Multiple Positions)

Summary: The Inside Sales Rep is responsible for meeting and exceeding NaviSite’s revenue expectations. This is accomplished through the proactive selling of predefined products and services, and renewal and up selling within customer accounts. Revenue may be taken either direct or through channel partners.

Key Responsibilities:

(A) Meet and Exceed Revenue Objectives:

New Business

· Prospect accounts to generate new business within a defined geography, target vertical industry, or product/solutions suite.
· Manage and prioritize inquiries developed by the Marketing organization
· Build a strong pipeline.
· Consistently exceed revenue goals by closing direct sales within a defined set of products and services.
If required, partner with field sales for enterprise end-to-end opportunities or work jointly with channel partners to close business.

NaviSite Customers:

· Understand each customer’s application/service.
· Facilitate and bring to closure renewals.
· Identify additional sales opportunities within customer base by cross selling and up selling.

(B) Pipeline Development and Database Integrity

· Maintain a level of metrics to meet activity goals (call volume, email, and revenue objectives).
· Adhere to all current sales methodologies and processes.
· Capture, maintain, and disseminate accurate and relevant prospect information using Salesforce.com.
· Maintain current knowledge of NaviSite’s products, solution sets, customer applications, and competitive product differences.
· Reliably forecast business to accurately predict revenue goals.

Skill Requirements:

· Minimum 4 years proven software sales or relevant sales experience with complex technology solutions
· Minimum 2 years phone experience
· Superior verbal and written communication skills
· Consistent track record of exceeding quotas in previous positions
· Comfortable with spending extensive time on the phone daily
· Must be aggressive and goal oriented with high personal drive, integrity and energy
· Strong time management, organizational and decision-making skills are critical
· Experience with web hosting products and services are a plus
· Bachelor’s Degree or relevant experience is required
