- Good Knowledge of Core Java, Java Server Pages ( JSP) and Servlets.
- Experience on coding of JSP and Servlets
- Knowledge in Hibernate/Spring
Preffered Skills:

- Familiarity with Rational Rose Model
- Familiar with Three - tier architecture..

- Excellent Communication skills - both oracl and Written - in English
- Pleasing personality

Special Knowledge / Skills required:

- IT consulting background preferred.
