Job Description: Deloitte Services LP provides a wide variety of internal support services to Deloitte & Touche USA LLP and its subsidiaries and its people. The newly created Hyderabad based R10 Records Analyst - Operations role is responsible for the execution of business processes to support U.S. client service practitioners, including new file creation, data entry and quality control. The team may also be called upon to support a variety of special projects of strategic importance to the RM COE. The Records team will be focused in both hard copy and electronic records, utilizing several technology tools for the management of these records. The incumbent reports to the Senior Records Analyst, Operations - R10 Records Management Center of Excellence in Hyderabad.
The RM COE exists to:
Ensure continued compliance with external laws and internal policies pertaining to records retention
Ensure proper handling of files on hold due to Office of General Counsel ('OGC') preservation or production requests
Design standard records management business processes, (e.g., to ensure compliance with retention policy, ensure client confidentiality, safeguard files, etc.)
Design and implement innovative technology and tools to manage risk
Build a strong, compliance-focused Records Management organization in partnership with Field Operations leadership, and to Improve service provided to internal customers

Job Responsibilities:
Create new files for U.S. practitioners; manage R10 records; perform quality assurance reviews on data entry performed in U.S.; support data manipulation for Central Files office moves in U.S.
Participate in special projects involving analysis, reporting and follow-up
Qualifications:
Necessary: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, Management, IT or related field desired; Master's Degree preferred. Minimum of Masters Degree or 2-3 years relevant Operations or client service experience is necessary. Strong analytical and communication skills desired; Records Management, legal or IT expertise helpful. Demonstrated ability to be a team player.
