Job Description : This role is responsible to implement Customer Relationship strategies and programmes to drive customer satisfaction. These efforts should result in increasing referrals to acquire new customer and increase in revenue share in the set of accounts Churn less than 1% from Key accounts mapped to Relationship managers/ executives
Requirements : The candidate must be a Graduate Good Communication Skills Should have worked in Service Industry for atleast 3 years of experience
