Minimum 1 year experience is mandatory- The ideal candidate shud have 1 - 3 yrs of experience.- Graduates who have prior work exp. in Technical Processes with BPOs. - Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills required.- Strong customer service skills. -

Work location - Noida

Responsibilities : - Coordination of Service Requests and Incident Resolution Tickets. - Ensures Service Requests and Incident Resolution Tickets are assigned quickly and efficiently to the appropriate team responsible for ticket resolution.- Monitors Service Requests and Incident Resolution Tickets until they are resolved or closed.
