MS Technologies:

Net Developers (3 – 5 years of experience)

Experience in ASP.Net 2.0, ADO.Net, C# and SQL Server(any version), Knowledge of programming, Web Development and Windows forms
Development,.Net Framework, XML and Web Services,
Integration knowledge with Workflow Foundation & SharePoint Portal is preferred

.Net Lead(5-8year of experience)

Hands-on experience in Microsoft skills like ASP.Net, VB.Net / C#, XML and Web services. At least 2-3 years of Designing and Architecture experience in Enterprise
Applications

Hands-on experience of UML Design modeling, usage of Design Patterns.

SQL Developers (3 – 5 years of experience)

Experience in SQL Server 2000 OR SQL Server 2005 with database design,
Programming stored procedures using advanced SQL Queries, handling XML
And SQL Server Integration services.

SQL DBA (2 – 5 years of experience)

Experience in SQL Server (2000/2005) Admin, DTS (Data Transfer Service Packages), Taking back ups, stored procedures and T-SQL.
Experience in IIS and troubleshooting skills.
Clarify Developer(2 – 4 years of experience)
Development experience in Clarify 12.5 (or later), exposure to Clarify Tools.
High level of expertise in writing Transact SQL (SQL Server Queries, Stored procedures and Triggers).

Performance Lead:

5+ yrs of experience in areas of performance optimization, analysis and testing. Having hands-on experience using the load testing tools with good
performance automation and optimization knowledge. Must be experienced in dealing with Microsoft technologies(.Net & SQL Sever)
Performance Analyst:
3+ yrs of experience in performance testing and automation using the performance testing tools. Execution knowledge of load testing tools is mandatory. Should have an exposure to system performance monitoring and optimization techniques.

Web Technologies:

1) JAVA / J2EE :( 3-7 yrs)

Exp criteria: 03yrs to 07yrs of relevant experience.

2) PL/SQL: (3-7 Yrs)

PL/SQL Developers with Experience in Forms 9i, Reports 9i, SQL.Extremely Strong in RDBMS (Oracle)

Infrastructure Services:

1) Windows System Administrators

Experience required: 3 to 8 years

ADS -Automated Deployment Services, DNS and DHCP configuration & administration.
Windows Scripting & Packaging, IIS 6.0 Administration & configuration.

2) UNIX Administrators (Solaris / HPUX / AIX / LINUX)

Experience required: 3 to 8 years

User / Group administration, Printer / Network administration, Disk administration (RAID / LUN administration), NIS / NFS / DNS administration, Volume Manager (VxVM, HP & AIX LVM)Backup administration (VERITAS Netback up, TSM, Legato), Performance monitoring and Tuning. Telecom:

OSS :

3+ years of experience in IT and at least a year in OSS domain experience (preferably NMS) Java At least 2 yrs of experience in Core Java (Sound in Java) and a year in UNIX. Experience in CORBA is added advantage. Core Java Skills:
All basic Java concepts, Multi Threading, JDBC, RMI and Socket programming

ONMS:

1. Sound in Core Java: All basic Java concepts, Multi Threading, JDBC, RMI and socket programming
2. At least a year of NMS/EMS domain experience + any OSS domain experience
3. Knowledge on OOAD/Design Patterns and working experience on UNIX

Inventory Management Lead:

Mandatory skills:

Be familiar with a wide variety of telecommunications networks and technologies, access edge and core networks (both fixed and wireless)
Have working experience in a UNIX environment, preferably with Solaris
Be experienced in implementation of software that delivers service by using different transmission technologies such as: SDH/SONET, Fibre Optic, WDM, Microwave, Satellite, ATM etc
Have working knowledge of Inventory Management, Service Provisioning, Service Creation (preferably in Clarity product), and Quality of Service management software over PSTN/ISDN switched networks, GSM, CDMA, Frame Relay & Switched Data Networks, Intelligent Networks/Virtual Private Networks and the rest
At least 3 years experience supporting an Oracle Database environment
Experience with design of telecommunication OSS software solutions that employ wide range of telecommunications equipment and systems, utilises different architectures and topologies and provide wide range of voice and data based services;
Knowledge of the entire network space, with experience in one or more of the following:

Mandatory skills:

Profile for Billing:

1. Candidate with minimum 2+ years experience in telecom Billing, Preferably on Comverse Arbor/BP
2. Work experience on Kenan Fx is preferable.
2. Should have work experience on Arbor/Bp Billing configuration (Tariff Plans, Usage, Journals and others areas)
and Arbor API programming
3. Work experience in production environment is preferable.
4. Strong technical skills in c, c++, Pro*c, PL/SQL is required.

Profile for Mediation:

1. Min Total experience 3 years.
2. Should have 1+ experience in Comverse Mediation implementation
3. Strong technical skills in UNIX shell scripting, C
4. Experience in Telecom call scenarios (Including Roaming/TAP Processing etc)
5. Strong knowledge on Switches and CDRs and exposure to retail/interconnect billing Requirements
BIPM:

1) TIBCO -At least 2-years of IT experience and with at least 1 year of TIBCO tool experience is a must.
2) BODI -. At least 2-years of IT experience and with at least one year of BODI experience is preferred.

A minimum of 50% / above aggregate in all academics starting SSC
Should not have more than 2 years of gap in education, employment
