Job Description: We are looking for candidates with an experience of 0-2 Years for Level 1 and 2-4 Years for Level 2
Experience as Helpdesk Analyst in IT domain will be an added advantage.
Candidates should possess excellent Communication Skill.
Freshers can also apply where they should posses excellent communication skill and good technical knowledge.
Candidates should have sound Technical knowledge.
Activity details:
.Point of contact for internal and/or external customer Level 1 issues related to Technology. Primarily on the Hardware side.
.Performs initial assessment of customer reported issues, creates trouble reports to document the customer’s issue, and assigns the trouble report to the appropriate support area.
Manages personal and group trouble report queues within defined timelines.
.Completes sundry tasks and/or special projects as assigned.

2.Technical Round
3.HR Round.
