Designation: Senior Technical Support Officer & Technical Support Officer

Job Description: Meets education requirements or has equivalent work experience.? Demonstrates strong communication skills.

Responsible for ensuring timely process through which problems are controlled.? This includes problem recognition, research, isolation, resolution, and follow-up steps.? The Help Desk agent is able to resolve problems immediately, typically using the Knowledge Base and other Helpdesk tools.? The Help Desk agent may provide guidance/training for less experienced personnel.

Desired Profile: 10+2 years of formal education. This candidate should not be in regular college or perusing any form of correspondence-education. He should also have 2 years of relevant work experience after completing his/her 12th std. Graduates from any stream are welcome (Fresher?s). BE first class will only be considered if the candidate has 1-2 years of work experience.(new). 10+3 years of Diploma is also Welcome (from any Polytechnic Institute). He should also have 2 years of relevant work experience?
