Handle customer calls/complaints. Liasioning with BSO for installation of links & resolving of problems. Customer followu-up & payment collection. Taking care of network & communication link. Basic office administration and misc works.

Desired Candidate Profile :
Person should be willing to work all shifts, honest & dedicated to work. Must have full knowledge of computers assembling & maint. Good knowledge of networks(CCNA pref.). Good communication skills. Should have vehicle. Hardworking and sincere.
