Job Description
Performing audits and follow up to close all audit findings
As SQA for projects, ensuring the highest quality compliance as per QMS for all projects/functions.
Maintaining the QMS documentation like SEPG meet MOM updation, weekly status meetings. follow-ups, etc.
Preparing the Training materials in connection to QMS Trainings.
Delivering Trainings on QMS processes and Tools to project teams.
Solving issues for Projects/Functions in respect to Estimations, Project Planning, and Scheduling etc.
PMP and Metrics Data Review as per QMS processes Effective deployment of Tools to improve processes throughout the organization

Desired Candidate Profile :
Well Versed with SDLC models
Good Knowledge of QMS and exposure to Process Implementation
Exposure to Auditing Techniques
Basic understanding of CMMI
Good written and verbal communication skill
