Job Description :
Option Matrix, Hyderabad would like to invite software Trainees with at
least 0-6 months experience in web application development using either (1)
PHP 4/5 & MYSQL 4/5 or (2) ASP.Net 1.1 / 2.0 / 3.5 with VB.Net / C#.Net as
programming language and MS SQL Server 2005 as RDBMS Our client applications
involve areas like e-commerce, content management, workflow, bar code
integration, extensive RIA interfaces with AJAX usage, social networking,
B2B integration and IP based personalization. Real time project experience
and knowledge of object oriented concepts is critical. Skills in database &
program design will be an added advantage. Eligibility criteria also include
good communication and personality skills. Prior knowledge of AJAX concepts
and DIV / CSS layouts is preferred but not a pre-condition. The role will
start with 6-8 weeks induction training in programming and functional skills
leading to the primary role allocation with senior guidance. Software
Engineer role will contribute to develop top notch quality software for our
clients.
Desired Candidate Profile :
Option Matrix is looking for programmers who focus either on Microsoft
Technologies or on PHP applications. At least 0-6 months experience is
needed so that the candidate can be put directly on the project after
training. We expect the skills to get aligned / matured within 6 months and
the candidate will be asked to lead projects with step by step approach as
per our CMMI Level 5 process. Ability to work on new technologies and build
skills in self-learning mode is a great skill that we value in this role. We
expect people to look at a minimum stint of 2 years in our company and look
forward to them as effective Project Leaders.
