Minimum 1+ years of hands-on experience in monitoring and system administration experience
At least one year of MQ Series Administration on Windows platform experience required
Must have demonstrated ability to Install, maintain, and configure basis applications.

Ability to learn and adopt to new technology a must.
Hands-on experience with Application and Tools upgrades, installing patches
This position requires a minimum of 1 years of hands-on experience in the basis
system administration task and application administration.
Candidates must have demonstrated Applications Administration experience in
day-to-day production support, monitoring, Issue Resolution, troubleshooting
skills, proactive system analysis and standard administration activities
Able to follow direction from senior member of team to provide production tasks
in support of US Client Support needs, will work very closely with onsite
resources
Participate in meetings and conference calls related to support and
troubleshooting activities
Support and maintenance of MQ, PeopleSoft applications in a Oracle, Windows environment
Research and troubleshooting of advanced problems
Database performance tuning (from application perspective).
24/7 Support & Low cost junior resources required.
