Should have the ability to analyse the requirement,
Sourcing, Screening the candidatures for the suitable positions.
Making phone calls to candidates
Shortlist them according to the given criteria
Carrying out the short listing and telescreening process.
Responsible for closing the assigned positions and database
management
Interacting with the candidates to ensure their interest for suitable position. Coordinating with the
candidate for scheduling interview. Negotiate with the candidates regarding Salary and Joining Time.
