Strong knowledge on Java/J2ee
Good Communication skills
Design & Development of application programming using Java/J2ee
Good oops techniques
Exposure to application software development involving DB such as Oracle / SQL server is an added advantage

Desired Candidate Profile :
Experience in struts framework
Good understanding of middleware e.g. Hibernate
Must be a Permanent Employee in his Current Company
Strong in java Programming includng Core java/JAP/ JDBC, Servelets, XML, Javascript
