Software developer/database developer

Desired Candidate Profile :
Good skills in the following :

1) Front End : Visual Basic/Visual Basic.NET, ActiveX component etc.
2) Back End : Oracle and SQL Servers, PL/SQL Programming, Database Architecture
3) Reporting Tools :Crystal Reports 7, 9, 11 etc
4) Web Technologies : Asp.net(VB.net,C#), Ajax, Php
