As Manager of Services, you will be primarily responsible for Services delivery activities and Customer satisfaction at Arctern. Your objective will be to recruit and retain the best and brightest people who will help to build Arctern’s reputation as the premier provider of offshore outsourcing services to the SME marketplace in the US. You will be required to screen and interview, skilled employees across the spectrum of company practice areas with the goal of hiring staff who will deliver projects on-time and of the highest quality. You will help develop the company’s processes enabling delivery on time across various practice areas without compromising quality. You will also be responsible for the management of Arctern’s policies and procedures which includes employee induction and orientation. You will also be responsible for several aspects of Services delivery including customer interaction, escalation, communication, and retention. Also responsible for management oversight of all positions assigned to you. Other managerial and administrative responsibilities will include ensuring high employee productivity, attendance tracking, employee relocation, meals, transportation, and coordination with facilities and systems infrastructure. This position will be required to work US ET hours to enable interaction with customers for interview coordination and Management oversight. Being a managerial & highly responsible position, you will be required periodically to work extended hours. This position will have a fixed salary and flexible pay as incentive.
